so i fucking gained three pounds while in chicago and im pissed off because its been two weeks and i only lost 1.4 pounds of it. i really need self control or discipline and im just mad at myself.

I’ve completely lost my way. For the past two/three weeks I haven’t been following weight watchers just my own made up version and now I can’t get back on track. I’m dreading weigh-in tonight

What is wrong with me?

Dude I have been feeling the same way. I havent even weighed in this week now. Its hard to stay motivated! message me :)

I’m so glad I’m not alone out there!! Do you have any suggestions on how to get back on track? My mum suggested weighing-in and being accountable which I might try.

I think the only thing for me is to sew my mouth up.

well, i do weight watchers & ive been slacking on the tracking. im trying to get back into it. i also have an inspiration board that you can see on my blog that i dont have up bc its summer and i moved home so i am gonna put it back up. 

Remember how it first felt when you started losing weight? When the number on the scale got smaller and smaller, when your clothes got bigger and bigger, when your confidence level went higher and higher. Don’t let that feeling get taken away from you. Remember how good that felt? Get that back. Don’t lose yourself to discouragement and laziness. Come on, girl. You can do this.

4.6 pounds

I lost this week amazingly, I had a ton of celebratory dinners but I guess I didnt eat as much as I thought because I still dropped 4.6 pounds. I am at 151 now so 25 pounds off :) People are starting to notice and tell me I look amazing even in pictures. Which is awesome :)
